M. Paige Wagner

Funeral Director

Paige Holdcroft Wagner is a licensed funeral director and embalmer. Paige was born and raised in Adamsville, and currently resides in Dresden with her husband, Matt and their daughters, Oakley and Aspen.

Paige is a 2006 graduate of Tri-Valley High School and in 2008 she graduated Magna Cum Lauda from the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science. She finalized her studies at Point Park University of Pittsburgh where she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Specialized Professional Studies-Funeral Service.

She is a member of the Ohio Funeral Directors Association and the National Funeral Directors Association. Paige is dedicated to helping the families that she serves and takes pleasure in adding her own personal touch to each service. She enjoys working through the challenges that each day brings in funeral service.

Outside of work Paige enjoys all outdoor activities and being with her family and close friends.

Justin Marshall

Funeral Director

Justin is a native of Frazeysburg and a 1998 graduate of Tri-Valley High School. He attended Wright State University, where he met his wife, and graduated from Southern New Hampshire University.

Justin joined Vensil & Chute Funeral Homes in 2015 and worked for them until he and his business partner, Paige Wagner, purchased the funeral home in 2026.

Justin is active in his community and church. He is a member of Meadow View Church of Christ, a mentor for Kid’s Hope USA and past member of the Frazeysburg Fireworks Committee. When his children were younger, he helped coach various youth league teams such as TV Biddy League Football, TV Flag Football, TV Youth League Softball and Youth League Baseball, and TV Youth League Soccer.
In 2003 Justin married Michelle (Nusbaum) and together they have three children, Truxton (Haili McMannis) Marshall, Kaleigha (Elijah Murphy) Marshall and Jaxson Marshall. The family wouldn’t be complete without their feline and canine kids, Charolette, Rua, and Dude.

Mike Holdsworth

Associate

Mike is a proud native of Frazeysburg, Ohio. He has been a valued member of our staff in some capacity since he graduated from Tri-Valley High School in 1982.

He and his wife, Sue, reside in Zanesville. They have four children and three grandchildren.

Mike considers it a true honor to walk alongside families, offering guidance, comfort, and care with the utmost respect. His decades of experience and heartfelt approach have made him a trusted presence within the community.

Carl Vensil

Consultant

Retired Funeral Director

Carl, a lifelong resident of Nashport, Ohio, has been a licensed funeral director since 1974. He graduated from Tri-Valley High School in 1970, attended Ohio University, and completed his studies at the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science in 1973.

He began his career with Baughman & Sons Funeral Homes in 1971 and continued to grow within the organization, becoming a partner in 1981.

Throughout his life, Carl has been deeply involved in his community. He is a member and past president of the Frazeysburg Lions Club, a former president of District 13 of the Ohio Funeral Directors Association, and a former Mayor of the Village of Frazeysburg. He is also a member, past master, and past secretary of the Irville Masonic Lodge. In 2002, he was appointed a Trustee of the Rambo Memorial Health Center in Zanesville, where he served for 12 years.

Carl married Carolyn (Palmer) in 1974, and together they have raised six children: Melissa (Ryan) Leas; Carrie (Terry) Swartz of Frazeysburg; Julie (Joe) Bice of Nashport; Katie (Tucker) Hall of Massillon, Ohio; Dr. Seth (Leah) Vensil of Nashport; and Darrin (Lauren) Vensil of Zanesville.

Carolyn is both a Registered Nurse and a licensed funeral director. Carl and Carolyn are longtime members of St. Ann Catholic Church in Dresden and make their home in Nashport.
