Wilma C. Senter, 83, of Dresden, Ohio died Monday afternoon July 7, 2014 at Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital in Zanesville, Ohio.
Born May 5, 1931 in Dresden she was a daughter of the late Arva W. and Olive (Hanks) Lane and was a 1949 graduate of Dresden Jefferson High School. Mrs. Senter was a homemaker and a former employee of the Essex Wire Company of Zanesville. She was a member of the Dresden United Methodist Church.
Surviving is her husband of 61 years, S. Dean Senter whom she married February 26, 1953; two sons, Steven (Dee) Senter of Dresden and Jeffrey (Shayla Longfellow) Senter of Zanesville; a step grandson, Dayne Crown and a sister in-law, Marjorie Lane of Virginia Beach, Virginia.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother Ronald Lane; a sister, Jean Frazier and a brother in-law, Robert Frazier.
There will be no calling hours and a private funeral service will be held with the Rev. Greg Inboden officiating. Burial will be in Dresden Cemetery.
