Obituary

William E. ?Eddie? Moore, 72, of Dresden, died at 2:02PM Friday September 2, 2005 at his home surrounded by his family. Mr. Moore was born June 8, 1933 in Newark, a son of the late Clarence E. and Florence A. (Welch) Moore. A Navy veteran of the Korean War he served from 1950-54 as a Seaman 3rd Class and was a life member of VFW 2040 Cooties, American Legion 40/8 and the Eagles. In 1995 he retired from Pretty Products and was a member of Scared Heart Parish in Coshocton. Mr. Moore enjoyed sports of any nature, especially football and baseball and followed all Ohio teams. Surviving are his wife, Barbara J. (Dodd) Moore; children, Gary E. Moore and fianc? Patty Hamel of Lancaster, Dianne Wilson of Coshocton, Jackie Moore of New Mexico, Tammy (Mark) Lillibridge of Coshocton, Carol (Larry) Sheets of Williamsport, brother, Dinty J. (Sandy) Moore of Coshocton, sisters, Karen and Sharon Moore of W. Lafayette, grandchildren, Dayna and Chase Wilson, Justin Lillibridge, best friend Shirley A. Moore, foster son, Michael (Linda) Addy of Coshocton and his faithful companion, his dog Casper. His grandparents and a nephew Todd A. Moore preceded him in death. Friends may call 6-8PM Tuesday September 6, 2005 at the Dresden Chapel of Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home, where a Wake Service will be held at 8PM. A Mass Of Resurrection will he held at 10AM Wednesday at Sacred Heart Church with Father Homer D. Blubaugh, celebrant. Burial will follow in Dresden Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Sacred Heart School; envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
