NEWARK ? Funeral services for William L. ?Billy? Flanagan, 35, of Newark, Ohio will be 1:00pm Tuesday, April 14, 2009 at the Newark Chapel of Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home with Pastor Mark Ledbetter officiating. Burial will be in Hanover Cemetery. Mr. Flanagan died Wednesday afternoon, April 8, 2009 at Licking Memorial Hospital Emergency Room. Born September 26, 1973 in Newark he was the son of the late Carl D. Flanagan and Patsy J. (Moran) Flanagan Grimes of Newark. Surviving in addition to his mother is one son, Carl Robert Flanagan of Newark; two brothers, Carl G. Flanagan and James L. Flanagan both of Newark; his step-mother, Bonnie Flanagan of Newark; a special friend, Evelyn Looker of Newark and many aunts, uncles and cousins. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Robert and Lela Flanagan and Paul F. Moran. Calling hours will be 2 to 4pm and 6 to 8pm Monday, April 13, 2009 at the Newark Chapel of Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home, 1850 West Main Street.
