A graveside service for Virginia C. Moore, 87 of Newark will be held Saturday, October 24, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. in Maple Grove Cemetery, Baltimore, Ohio with Pastor Tom Myers officiating.Mrs. Moore a loving faithful wife and mother died Monday September 28, 2009 at the Newark Healthcare Centre. She was born October 24, 1921 in Eckman, West Virginia to the late John C. and Allie (Carr) Iddings.Survivors include her children, Frank P. (Marti) Moore, III, Martha A ?Marty? Dowling, B.J. Moore all of Newark; eleven grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; nephew, Dr. John Edward Iddings of Maryland.She retired in 1972 as a deputy recorder in the Licking County Recorder?s Office. She was a 50 year member of Chapter # 124 OES in Baltimore and a member of Cox United Methodist Church. She was a member of the Licking County YMCA Arthritis Water Aerobics Class. She enjoyed crossword puzzles and spent many hours reading suspense novels.In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Frank P. Moore, Jr. January 2, 2008; sister, Willie A. Adams; brother, John C.
