FRAZEYSBURG ? Violet I. Smith, 91 of Frazeysburg, died Monday evening May 2, 2005 at Genesis Good Samaritan Medical Center in Zanesville. Mrs. Smith was born May 6, 1913 in Marietta, Ohio to the late Okey Glenner and Myrtle Anna (Farmer) Oliver. Mrs. Smith was a former member of the Board of Directors for the Coshocton Senior Center; she was an avid reader and accomplished seamstress and enjoyed making dolls for children. She is survived by three sons, William G. (Gerri) Smith of Newark, David F. Smith of Frazeysburg, George A. Smith of Frazeysburg; three daughters, Lucretia ?Pat? (Harry) Ringwalt of Walhonding, Eveline (Charles) Parr of Frazeysburg, and Susan J. (William) Moran of Drumwright, OK.; a sister, Ella Jean Erb of Marietta; 24 grandchildren; 34 great grandchildren; and 17 great-great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harry LaForest Smith, January 29, 1972; two grandchildren, Jody Smith and Jessica LeRae Moran; two sisters and one brother. Calling hours will be from 2-4 and 6-8 Thursday May 5, 2005 at the Frazeysburg Chapel of Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home, 110 Third Street, Frazeysburg, Ohio. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Friday May 6, 2005 at the funeral home. Burial will follow in West Carlisle Cemetery.
