Timothy Scott Luallen, 46, of Baltimore, formerly of Adamsville, died unexpectedly Thursday afternoon, July 13, 2006 at Fairfield Medical Center in Lancaster following an apparent heart attack. Mr. Luallen was born October 23, 1959 in New Albany, Indiana, was a 1978 graduate of Philo High School and was employed by Ruan Logistics in Columbus. Surviving are his parents, Steven A. and Nancy C. (Mardis) Luallen of Adamsville, three sons, Timothy J. Luallen of Adamsville, Tyler S. Luallen and Trevor S. Luallen both of the home; one daughter, Katie E. Luallen of the home; one brother, Steven M. (Lori) Luallen of Zanesville; one nephew, one niece, six uncles, three aunts and many cousins. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Marion and Florence Luallen and maternal grandparents Frank and Bertha Mardis. Friends may call 2-4 and 6-8PM Sunday, July 16, 2006 at the Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home, 8005 East Street, Adamsville where services will be held at 11:00AM Monday with Pastor Richard Chambers officiating.
