Obituary

DRESDEN – Timmy Lee Pence, 59, of Warsaw, Ohio, formerly of Dresden, passed away Thursday evening, December 15, 2011 at Coshocton Memorial Hospital, Coshocton, Ohio.
Born December 7, 1952 in Zanesville, Ohio he is the son of the late Delbert "Buck" Pence and Grace E. (Lambert) Pence of Dresden.
Tim enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, especially with his grandson, Gage. He also loved the outdoors and making improvements to his home and his automobiles. An avid musician, he was drummer for the Owl Creek Band of Mt. Vernon for over 20 years.
Surviving in addition to his mother is a son, Timmy Lee Pence of West Lafayette, Ohio; a granddaughter, Graisyn Catherine Pence; a grandson, Gage McVay of Coshocton; three sisters, Grace (Dan) Hanshew, Linda "Lou" (Daryl) Yoder and Barbara (Gary) Downs all of Elkhart, Indiana. He was also the proud uncle of six nieces and one nephew and numerous great and great great nieces and nephews. Also surviving is his special friend of 23 years, Norma Murray of Coshocton.
Calling hours will be 5 to 8pm Monday, December 19, 2011 at the Dresden Chapel of Vensil & Chute Funeral Home, 714 Main Street.
Funeral services will be 1:00pm Tuesday, December 20, 2011 at the funeral home with Pastor Dan Eggan officiating. Burial will be in Dresden Cemetery.
