Thersia Kurtz, 89, of Zanesville, died at 9:45AM Tuesday May 13, 2003 in Bethesda Hospital. Mrs. Kurtz was born February 8, 1914 in Bath, Penn. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Agnes (Dezak) Hafner and her husband John Kurtz. Surviving are a son, John J. Kurtz of Adamsville; grandchildren, John Paul Kurtz of Lafayette, LA, Anthony J. Kurtz of Fallsburg, NY, Leesa M. Kurtz of Boston, MA., and great grandchildren Casey and Samantha Kurtz. Mass of Christian Burial will held at 7PM Thursday May 15, 2003 at St. Ann?s Catholic Church in Dresden with Father Jack Maynard celebrant. Burial will be in Anawalk Cemetery in Yorktown Heights, NY on Saturday.
