Theresa Ann Wem, 81, of Warsaw, Ohio died Sunday morning, January 13, 2019 at Coshocton Memorial Hospital in Coshocton.

Born December 19, 1937 in Cleveland, Ohio she was a daughter of the late Ben and Frances (Povh) Czaika. Mrs. Wem was a homemaker and Catholic by faith.

Surviving are two sons, Michael John (Tracy) Wem of West Lafayette, Indiana and Shawn Christopher Wem of Warsaw; two grandchildren, Karlie and Tori Wem and a sister, Marion Czaika of Coshocton.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, John H. Wem whom she married January 31, 1959 and who died July 8, 2000 and a son Christopher John Wem.

Funeral services will be 1:00pm Thursday, January 17, 2019 at the Dresden Chapel of Vensil & Chute Funeral Home, 714 Main Street with Father Donald Franks officiating. Burial will be in Dresden Cemetery.
