Terry D. Foreman, 80, of Frazeysburg, Ohio died Sunday morning, September 11, 2022 at Genesis Hospital Emergency Department in Zanesville, Ohio.
Born December 12, 1941 in Newark, Ohio he was a son of the late Paul M. and Eileen E. (Kelly) Foreman and was a 1959 graduate of Newark High School. Terry proudly served our country as a member of the United States Air Force. He was a retired self-employed musician and pastor and was a member of the Newark Moose Lodge, Heath Eagles and a life member of the American Legion of Newark. He enjoyed art, music, gardening and ministering to others through his music.
Surviving is one son, Todd (Melissa) Foreman of Frazeysburg; one daughter, Theresa (Craig) Britton of St. Louisville, Ohio and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Also surviving are three sisters, Betty Burchard of Iowa, Polly Hollar and Faith Mitchell, both of Newark; a half-brother, Paul Foreman of Thornport, Ohio and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara S. (Mears) Foreman whom he married December 28, 1962 and who died January 3, 2001; two daughters, Tamera Johnson and Sandy Foreman and a sister, Mary Alice Hockman.
Calling hours will be 5pm to 7pm Friday, September 16, 2022 at the Frazeysburg Chapel of Vensil & Chute Funeral Home, 110 West Third Street.
Funeral services will be 11:00am Saturday, September 17, 2022 at the funeral home with Chaplain William Blair officiating. Burial will be in Frazeysburg Cemetery.
