FRAZEYSBURG ? Terry D. Archibald, loving husband, father and brother, 55, of 2250 Mollies Rock Road, Dresden, Ohio died Friday morning, August 20, 2004 at his home. Born November 21, 1948 in Zanesville, Ohio, he was the son of the late William Dean and Mary Anne (Kerr) Archibald and was a 1968 graduate of Tri-Valley High School. He was a self-employed mechanic and retired in 2000 as a mechanic from the Tri-Valley Bus Garage. He was also a part-time farmer. Mr. Archibald was a former Township Trustee with Madison Township; he was an avid fisherman and he loved dogs and attending Flea Markets. He was a member of the National Rifle Association and the Dresden Steam & Gas Tractor Club. Surviving is his wife, Patricia J. (Craddock) Archibald, whom he married June 6, 1988; two sons, Dale Archibald and J. D. Russell Archibald, both of Dresden; one daughter, Amanda Archibald of Dresden; one brother, William Eugene Archibald of Dresden; three sisters, Margaret Anne (Charles) Van Ness of Stockport, Ohio, Mary J. (John) Green of Zanesville and Mary Anne Archibald of Dresden; several nieces and nephews; and a close friend, Mitch Shumaker of Dresden Calling hours will be 2 to 4pm and 6 to8pm Tuesday, August 24, 2004 at the Frazeysburg Chapel of Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 1:00pm Wednesday, August 25, 2004 at the funeral home with Pastor Jim Williams and Elder Bob Whyde officiating. Burial will be in Frazeysburg Cemetery.
