Funeral services for Ted F. Ellis, 50 of Newark will be held Monday November 28, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. at Christian Apostolic Church 22 N. 23rd Street with Rev. Keith and Dr. Janice Sjostrand officiating. Burial will follow in Wilson Cemetery.Ted died Thursday at his residence. He was born June 20, 1955 in Lafayette, Indiana to the late Marion Francis Ellis and Janet (Graham) Thornton of Newark. Ted spent many hours studying the Bible. He loved the outdoors, fishing, hunting and trapping. He also enjoyed drawing and motorcycling.In addition to his mother he is survived by a daughter, Theodora ?Teddie? (Jason) Adcock of Heath; sister, Cindy (Kameron) Mitchell of Newark; grandchildren, Hunter Adcock and Jade Adcock; nieces, Mahala Mitchell and Brittani (Rick) Hill of Newark; great niece, Aryauna Mitchell; great nephews, Hayden Gibson and Kameron Hill.Calling hours will be observed Monday from 10:00 a.m. till 11:00 a.m. at the church.Memorial contributions may be made to the Missionary Fund at Christian Apostolic Church.
