Funeral services for Susan Kay (Kazee) Clouse, 42 of Newark will be held Wednesday, April 29, 2015 at 6 p.m. in the Newark Chapel of Vensil & Chute Funeral Home.
Susan died Friday, April 24, 2015. She was born January 17, 1973 in Columbus, OH.
She was a homemaker and enjoyed sewing and listening to music. Her children and grandchildren were her greatest loves.
She is survived by her mother and step-father, Patty Sue (Philip) Walters of Newark; daughter, Katy (Dean) Cole of Newark; sons, Christopher Michael Clouse & Nicholas Wayne Clouse both of Washington Court House; three grandchildren, Dezmond, Temprence & Ava Cole; sisters, Lora (Scott) Cook & Mary Kazee all of Washington Court House; brother, James (Christine) Kazee of Buckeye Lake; special niece, Alyssa (Tylor) Roark of Washington Court House; several cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, James C. Kazee, Sr.
Calling hours will be observed Wednesday from 4 to 6 p.m. in the Newark chapel of VENSIL & CHUTE FUNERAL HOME 1850 West Main Street.
The family requests memorial contributions to the American Heart Association. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
