FRAZEYSBURG ? Steven Eugene Lauvray, 47, of 40148 Township Road 438, Dresden, Ohio, died at 3:36pm Sunday, November 14, 2004 in the emergency room of Bethesda Hospital, Zanesville, Ohio. Born April 4, 1957 in Coshocton, Ohio, he is the son of Sylvester and Hazel (Reed) Lauvray of Dresden and he was a 1975 graduate of Tri-Valley High School and a 1993 graduate of MATC. Mr. Lauvray was Christian by faith and he was an avid football and baseball fan. Surviving in addition to his parents is his wife, Lucia Joy (Denman) Lauvray, whom he married June 3, 1978; three sons, Eric Steven (Jennifer) Lauvray of Frazeysburg, Brian Eugene Lauvray and Todd Andrew Lauvray both of Dresden; one granddaughter, Addylynn Lauvray; one brother, Wayne (Vicki) Lauvray of Adams Mills, Ohio; a grandmother, Leanne Reed of Newark, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be 2 to 4pm and 6 to 8pm Wednesday, November 17, 2004 at the Frazeysburg Chapel of Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home, 110 Third Street, Frazeysburg. Funeral services will be 1:00pm Thursday, November 18, 2004 at the funeral home with the Rev. David Gurgle officiating. Burial will be in Frazeysburg Cemetery.
