A funeral service for Stella Nethers, 93, of Toboso will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday November 6, 2004 at the Frazeysburg Chapel of Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home with Rev. Don Moshgat officiating. Burial will follow in Hanover Cemetery. Mrs. Nethers died Wednesday November 3, 2004 at Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital, Zanesville. She was born August10, 1911 in Perryton to the late Richard and Mae (Weakly) Baughman. She was a lifelong resident of the Toboso area, a member of the Perryton Church of Christ, active in the Toboso United Methodist Church Women?s Society; she was a 4-H club sewing advisor and well known in the area for her farm animals and her dog, Coalie. She is survived by three daughters; Barbara (William) Nesbit of Navarre, Ohio, Dolores (David) White of Worthington, and Kay (Keith) Sensabaugh of Newark; a son in-law, Bob Osborn; one sister, Jean Sullivan of Newark; 13 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years George W. Nethers, whom she married June 5, 1928 and who died November 3, 1991; two children, Eloise Osborn and George W. Nethers, Jr.; 2 brothers and one sister. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Friday evening and from 12-1PM Saturday at the funeral home, 110 W. Third Street, Frazeysburg. Memorial contributions may be made to the Toboso United Methodist Church or the Perryton Church of Christ; envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
