FRAZEYSBURG ? Russell Lee Jenkins, 50, of Frazeysburg, Ohio died at 5:10am Thursday, September 21, 2006 at Genesis Morrison House Hospice. Born March 7, 1956 in Zanesville, Ohio, he was the son of the late Mary Alice Jenkins Shuman and was a 1975 graduate of Tri-Valley High School. Mr. Jenkins was a former employee of the Longaberger Company and the Go Kleen Car Wash of Newark. He was a member of the Nashport United Methodist Church. Surviving is seven sisters, Charlotte Jenkins and Elizabeth Shuman both of Frazeysburg, Nancy Raver of Johnstown, Ohio, Becky (Charles) Disbennett and Norma Beal both of Newark, Frances (Rowland) Allen of Columbus, Ohio and Barbara Thomas of Marion, Ohio; five brothers, John Shuman and Tom (Betty) Jenkins both of Frazeysburg, James (Dollie) Jenkins of Mt. Perry, Ohio, Ernest (Shirley) Jenkins and Earl (Cindy) Jenkins both of Zanesville; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his step-father, John R. Shuman, a sister, Donna Roberts and three brothers, Roy, Robert and Carl Jenkins. Calling hours will be 2 to 4pm and 6 to 8pm Sunday, September 24, 2006 at the Frazeysburg Chapel of Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home, 110 West Third Street. Funeral services will be 1:00pm Monday, September 25, 2006 at the funeral home with Mr. Larry Longfellow and Mr. Jenkins?s nephew, Minister Clyde Kenneth Thomas officiating.
