Robert Mark "Bun" McClure, 64, of Dresden, died Tuesday evening, January 4, 2022 at Genesis Hospital, Zanesville.

Born February 9, 1957 in Zanesville, a son of the late Robert M. and Reva (Spiker) McClure and a 1975 Tri-Valley High School graduate.  Bun retired after 42 years of service from the Norfolk Southern Railroad as a signal maintainer.  He was a Methodist by faith and a member of the Sons of the American Legion Post #399.

Surviving are two sons, Jeremy (Carrie) McClure and Sean McClure; two daughters, Stacy (Todd) Dirksen and Morgan (Zachary Emerson) McClure; six grandchildren, Jordan and Jayda McClure, Austin and Evan Dirksen and Zaiden and Zane Emerson; a brother, Roger "Moose" McClure; a nephew, Chaz McClure and a niece, Kalli McClure.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a niece, Bailey McClure.

A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
