FRAZEYSBURG ? Funeral services for Richard M. Starner, II, 40 of Nashport, Ohio will be 11:00am Tuesday, June 17, 2008 at the White Chapel United Methodist Church, White Chapel Road, Newark, Ohio. Burial will be in Hanover Cemetery. Mr. Starner died Saturday afternoon at his home. Born September 15, 1967 in Newark, he was the son of the late Richard M. Starner and Joyce L. (King) Starner of Nashport. Mr. Starner was a graduate of Sheridan and COTC and was a member of White Chapel United Methodist Church and was an Eagle Scout. He was an accountant and worked for Holophane Company, Inc. of Newark. He also owned and operated Bear Valley Christmas Store and traveled the craft circuit displaying and selling his crafts of Christmas products. Surviving, in addition to his mother, are k two brothers, Brian (Renea) Starner of Hopewell, Ohio and Cody Starner of Nashport; one sister, Janie Starner of Nashport; a ?special sister?, Becky (Carl) Morrow of Sevierville, Tennessee; a niece and nephew, Briar and M?ber Starner; many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends and his very special friend, his dog, ?Lizzy?. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a sister, Marjorie Starner and a niece, M?Kenzi Starner. Calling hours will be 5 to 8pm Monday, June 16, 2008 at the Frazeysburg Chapel of Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home, 110 West Third Street. Memorial contributions may be made to Muskingum County Animal Shelter Society, 1431 Serenity Lane, Zanesville, Ohio.
