NEWARK ? A funeral service for Rebecca A. Carlyle, 50 of Heath will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday April 9, 2005 at the Newark Chapel of Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home with Rev. Charles Rader officiating. Mrs. Carlyle died Tuesday evening at Licking Memorial Hospital. She was born December 25, 1954 in Newark to the late John Loughridge and Marjorie (Cappes) Loughridge. She was a member of the ladies section of the Newark Maennerchor, the American Legion Auxiliary, and The First United Methodist Church. She was active in the Newark Band Parents Club, where she was a ?Uniform Mom? for 8 years. Becky was a devoted mother and grandmother, loving daughter and sister, and wonderful friend to many. She will be greatly missed. She is survived by her four children; James Rinderle of Newark, Christopher (Julie) Rinderle of Palm Harbor, FL., Amy (Eric) Smith of Thornville, and Scott Rinderle of Heath; her mother, Marjorie Loughridge of Newark; her brother, James (Lisa) Loughridge of Alpharetta, GA.; her friend and companion Paul McKenney; and six grandchildren. Her father preceded her in death, September 9, 1994. Friends may call from 6-9 PM Friday evening at the funeral home, 1850 West Main Street, Newark, Ohio.
