ADAMSVILLE ? Randy D. Jordan, 49, of 1800 Adamsville Road, Zanesville, Ohio, died at 2:25am Thursday, October 2, 2003 at Ohio State University Hospital, Columbus, Ohio after a brief illness. Born January 26, 1954 in Zanesville, he was the son of Lytle Richard Jordan of New Concord, Ohio and the late Rose Ellen ?Bug? Hunt Jordan and was a tow motor operator with Dollar General. Mr. Jordan was a 1972 graduate of Tri-Valley High School and was an avid Ohio State Buckeyes Fan. He was a member of the Eagles of Zanesville. Randy was a beloved husband and father and a devoted grandfather and is survived, in addition to his father, by his wife, Beth (Chambers) Jordan, whom he married March 8, 1980; one son, Bryan Richard Jordan, two daughters, Riannon Cheree Jordan and Renee Nicole Jordan; a grandson, Brennan Daniel Anderson; a sister, Trudy (Jim) Krischak; and a nephew, Jeremy Balsley, all of Zanesville. Calling hours will be 4 to 8pm Sunday, October 5, 2003 at Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home, 8005 East Street, Adamsville, Ohio. Funeral services will be 1:00pm Monday, October 6, 2003 at the funeral home with Rev. Stephen Harrop officiating. Burial will be in St. Paul?s Cemetery, Sonora, Ohio.
