Randy Dilly, 54, of Dresden, died at 2:58AM Friday October 4, 2002 in Genesis Bethesda Hospital following a brief illness. Born on August 13, 1948 in Dry Creek, West Vir., he was a son of the late Thomas L. and Hallie M. Dilly. He grew up in the Warsaw area where he attended Riverview High School and was an Army veteran serving in Vietnam. On February 16, 1973 he married Nancy L. (Patterson) Dilly, formerly of West Lafayette, who survives; also, brothers, Arlie (Geri) Dilly of Millersburg, Danny (Cherie) Dilly and Don Dilly of Warsaw; his sister, Rosie (Jim) Buckmaster of Coshocton; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews and his loving special ?companions?, Sissy, Ginger and Bob. In addition to his parents a brother, Thomas L. Dilly, preceded him in death. Friends may call 6-9PM Sunday October 6, 2002 at the Vensil&Orr Funeral Home in Dresden, where services will be held at 1:00PM Monday with Pastor Richard Chambers officiating, burial will follow in the Dresden Cemetery.
