Obituary
FRAZEYSBURG – Philip C. Moore, 68, of Frazeysburg, Ohio died Sunday morning, December 19, 2010, at Genesis Bethesda Hospital Emergency Room.
Born September 1, 1942 in Frazeysburg he was the son of the late Carlton and Mildred (Vickers) Moore and was a 1960 graduate of Frazeysburg High School. Mr. Moore retired in 2006 from the Shelly Company where he had been an equipment operator for many years.
Surviving is his wife, Darlene F. (Glover) Moore whom he married June 3, 2003; a son, Jeff (Tracey) Moore of Illinois; a daughter, Debbie (Mark) Winn of Missouri; two step-children, Kendra Tanner and Kevin (Abby) Tanner, both of Frazeysburg; three grandchildren, Nick Moore, Mitchell Winn and Travis Winn; three step-grandchildren, Aubrie Tanner, Kaydence Tanner and Lucian Beckham and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Kevin Moore.
Calling hours will be 2 to 4pm and 6 to 8pm Wednesday, December 22, 2010 at the Frazeysburg Chapel of Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home, 110 West Third Street.
Funeral services will be 11:00am Thursday, December 23, 2010 at the funeral home. Burial will be in Frazeysburg Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
