A funeral service for Peter McLean, 31 of Newark will be held Saturday March 20, 2004 at 1:00 p.m. in the Newark Chapel of Vensil-Orr & Chute funeral Home with Rev. John Mattis officiating. Mr. McLean a truck driver for Baldwin Distribution died Saturday March 13, 2004. He was born August 11, 1972 in Dunedin, New Zealand to Graham and Lorraine (Fitchett) McLean of Southland, New Zealand. In addition to his parents he is survived by his fianc?e, Candy S. Estep of Newark; daughters, Amber Lorraine McLean, Deserae Marie Tracey; son, Tyler Thomas Brown; sister, Deborah Lee (Wayne) Fraser, Oamaru, New Zealand, uncle, Neil Fitchett of Cowra, New South Wales, Australia, and Brutus his traveling companion that accompanied him on all of his road trips. Peter served in the New Zealand Army between 1990 and 1996. Calling hours will be observed Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home 1850 West Main Street Newark, Ohio.
