Margot T. "Peggy" Wright, 74, of Frazeysburg, Ohio died Wednesday morning September 9, 2015 at The Oaks at Northpointe in Zanesville, Ohio.

Born June 13, 1941 in Newark, Ohio she was a daughter of the late Dr. Louis J. and Eloise (Meitzler) Tilton and was a 1959 graduate of Frazeysburg High School. She was a retired School Aid and Librarian for Frazeysburg Elementary School. Peggy was a member of the Frazeysburg Presbyterian Church and was a 53 year member of the Order of Eastern Star. Currently she was a member of Olive Branch Chapter #251 at Duncan Falls and she previously had been a member of both the Frazeysburg and Dresden Chapters. She was a Past Worthy Matron of each chapter and in 1999 she served as Worthy Grand Matron of the Ohio Order of Eastern Star. Peggy was also a charter member of the Ya-Ya Sisterhood Card Club of Frazeysburg.

Surviving is her loving husband of 56 years, David E. Wright whom she married June 7, 1959; two sons and daughters in-law, David A. Wright and Beth Flanagan-Wright of Westerville, Ohio and Michael A. and Rhonda Wright of Hebron, Ohio; a daughter and son in-law, Denise and Rich Rollison of Dresden; five grandchildren, Megan Wright, Shannon Wright, Brian Wright, Sasha Wright and Brandon Wright; two sisters, Nancy Forker of Zanesville and Betsy (Jake) Adams of Beaverton, Oregon; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a son, Brian Jon Wright and a sister, Judith Kimball.

Calling hours will be 2 to 4pm and 6 to 8pm Sunday, September 13, 2015 at the Frazeysburg Chapel of Vensil & Chute Funeral Home, 110 West Third Street. Following calling hours, at 8pm Olive Chapter #251, O. E. S. will conduct Eastern Star services.

Funeral services will be 10:30am Monday, September 14, 2015 at the funeral home with the Rev. Jeff Belt officiating. Burial will be in Frazeysburg Cemetery.
