A graveside funeral service for Pauline V. Brothers, 95 of Hebron will be held Saturday, October, 4, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. at Newark Memorial Gardens with Pastor Tom Myers officiating. Mrs. Brothers died Tuesday September 30, 2008 in the Heritage Unit at the Newark Healthcare Centre. She was born December 3, 1912 in Spencer Station, Ohio to the late Howard H. and Gertrude (Cowgill) Thompson. She and her husband operated Harold?s Dairy Bar in Granville and Dairy Isle?s in Newark and Columbus. Family time was very important in her life. She is survived by her daughter, Marcia (James) Green of Hebron; son, Brent (Carma) Brothers of Newark; brother, Howard H. Thompson, Jr. of Newark; grandchildren, Lori Green, Lynn (Tyler) Holliday, Jake Green, Jaci (Jerry) Starkey, Jodi (Rod) Rollison; great-grandchildren, Lane Green, Hunter Holliday, Matthew Rollison, Andrew Rollison; several nieces and nephews.In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Harold Brothers, whom died August 1, 1979; a sister, Edna Price and a brother Rolland Thompson.
