Oscar F. Morrison, 80, of Frazeysburg, Ohio died peacefully Friday evening, July 21, 2017 at his home. His loving family and friends were at his side.

Born August 28, 1936 in Wheelersburg, Ohio he was a son of the late Fred and Nora Morrison. Oscar proudly served our country in the U. S. Army from 1959 to 1962. He was a retired railroad worker, working for Norfolk and Western Railroad. Oscar loved living in the country, farming and gardening and being with friends.

Surviving is one brother, Hubert (Karen) Morrison of West Portsmouth, Ohio; three sisters, Tonnia (George) Beloat of Blacklick, Ohio, Shirley Senft of Hershey, Pennsylvania and Marty (Marvin) Wiehle of Minford, Ohio and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister, Rosetta Mershon and two brothers, Ernest Morrison and Danny Morrison.

There will be no calling hours.

Graveside funeral services will be at 1:30pm Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at Sunset Memorial Park, 8580 Gallia Pike, Franklin Furnace, Ohio, near Wheelersburg.
