FRAZEYSBURG ? Nettie R. ?Aunt Dick? Willey, 91, of 141 East Stevens Street, Newark, Ohio, formerly of the Nashport-Toboso area, died at 2:25am Sunday, December 29, 2002 at Licking Memorial Hospital, Newark. Born May 29, 1911 in Muskingum County, she was the daughter of the late George and Emma (Crawmer) Offenberger. She was a member of the Toboso United Methodist Church and the Hanover Order of Eastern Star. Mrs. Willey was a retired seamstress with Licking Laundry Company. Surviving are several nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde E. Willey, who died May 22, 1968; an infant son, Garry Edward Willey; two brothers, John and Frank Offenberger; and three sisters, Mary Middlemus, Edna Nethers and Nellie Nybarger. Calling hours will be 3 to 5pm Monday, December 30, 2002 at Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home, Frazeysburg, Ohio. Funeral services will be 11:00am Tuesday, December 31, 2002 at the funeral home with Pastor Charles Snedeker officiating. Burial will be in Hanover Cemetery.
