Neola L. Heimberger, 86, of Frazeysburg, Ohio died Wednesday morning, July 19, 2017 at the Selma Markowitz Care Center operated by Hospice of Central Ohio in Newark, Ohio.
Born March 19, 1931 in Steubenville, Ohio she was a daughter of the late Watson and Wilma (Koerber) Blackbourne and was a 1949 graduate of Zanesville High School. Mrs. Heimberger was a homemaker. She enjoyed flowers, gardening and helping her husband in the operation of their farm.
Surviving is her loving husband of 64 years, Vernon E. Heimberger whom she married February 27, 1953; a son Richard E. Heimberger of Frazeysburg; two daughters, Jean Ann (Randy) Dennis of Howard, Ohio and Cathy (Jim) White of Hebron, Ohio; six grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; one great great grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister, Evelyn Dutro and a daughter in-law, Barbara Heimberger.
Calling hour will be 2pm to 4pm Sunday, July 23, 2017 at the Frazeysburg Chapel of Vensil & Chute Funeral Home, 110 West Third Street.
Funeral services will be 11:00am Monday, July 24, 2017 at the funeral home with Pastor Andy Smith officiating. Burial will be in Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery.
