Nellie L. "Tiny" Luther, 75, of Frazeysburg, Ohio died Tuesday evening, June 2, 2015 at her home.
Born August 14, 1939 in Newark, Ohio she was a daughter of late Pauline V. (Baker) Powers. Nellie retired from The Ohio Plastics Company where she worked in the finishing department. She enjoyed swimming, fishing and collecting porcelain dolls and bears, but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her loving family.
Surviving are three children, Chuck (Cheryl) Fadley of Dresden, Steve (Sue) Fadley of Nashport and Tina (Don) Boyce of Frazeysburg; five grandchildren, Chuck Fadley, Jobb Fadley, Joceyne Fadley Banks, Donny Boyce and Chase Fadley and three great grandchildren, Benjamin Fadley, Charlie Fadley and D'Koda Brittain. Also surviving are two step-sons, Scott Luther of St. Louisville, Ohio and Brian Luther of Newark, Ohio.
In addition to her mother she was preceded in death by her husband, Jack A. Luther whom she married December 31, 1968 and who died December 18, 2008; a daughter, Jackie Kay Luther; a son, Ben Fadley and a brother, Frank Messina.
Calling hours will be 2 to 4pm and 6 to 8pm Friday, June 5, 2015 at the Frazeysburg Chapel of Vensil & Chute Funeral Home, 110 West Third Street.
Funeral services will be 11:00am Saturday, June 6, 2015 at the funeral home with the Rev. Robert Mesnard officiating. Burial will be in Frazeysburg Cemetery.
