Obituary
NEWARK: Nancy L. Moshgat, 73 of Newark passed away Monday, October 4, 2010 at the Selma Markowitz Care Center.
Nancy was born April 8, 1937 in Johnstown, Pennsylvania to the late Ivan and Mary (Gordon) Kinsey. She graduated from Dale High School in 1955. Nancy loved children, enjoyed reading and crossword puzzles. She traveled extensively with her husband on numerous cruises and family trips to the Outer Banks. Above all else, Nancy was a devoted wife and mother. Her family was her life.
Survivors include her husband of nearly 52 years, Donald F. Moshgat, whom she married November 14, 1958; a daughter, Karen Moshgat of Lewis Center; a son, Dennis (Annette) Moshgat of Mechanicsburg, PA; two grandsons, Nathan and Nicholas Moshgat; two brothers, Phillip Kinsey of Lancaster, PA, and Robert (Florence) Kinsey of Groveport; and a sister, Mary Jane Kinsey.
In addition to her parents Nancy was preceded in death by a son, Douglas Moshgat, March 21, 1988.
Friends and family may call 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, October 7, 2010 at the NEWARK CHAPEL of VENSIL-ORR & CHUTE FUNERAL HOME, 1850 W. Main Street, Newark.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, October 8, 2010 at the funeral home with Rev. Sue Ellen Miller officiating. Private Burial will take place at Richland Cemetery, Johnstown, PA.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice Foundation of Central Ohio or the Alzheimerâ??s Association.
