NEWARK - A funeral service Myrna L.Crouso Merchant, 61 of Newark will be held Tuesday January 17, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. in the Newark Chapel of Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Prairie Chapel Cemetery in Coshocton. Mrs. Merchant a former aide for Consumer Support Service died Saturday January 14, 2006 at the Autumn Health Care Center. She was born November 26, 1944 in Coshocton, Ohio to the late Doc and Hazel (Welbaum) Crouso. She is survived by her husband, Jack Merchant whom she married December 6, 1975; daughter, Stacie Hinton & Gary McLaughlin of Newark; grandchildren, Keith Dillon and McKenzie Dunaway; nephews, Kenny (Tammy) Crouso of Hebron, Josh (Serena) Crouso of Newark, several great nieces and nephews. Friends may call Monday 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home, 1850 West Main Street, Newark.
