Obituary

FRAZEYSBURG ? Mary A. Whyde, 85, of 92 West First Street, Frazeysburg, Ohio, died at 4:25pm Friday, June 6, 2003 at Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital, Zanesville, Ohio. Born September 5, 1917, in Frazeysburg, she was the daughter of the late Ralph and Goldie (Wolford) Lindell and was a member of the Frazeysburg United Methodist Church. She was a former press operator with the Ohio Plastics Company of Frazeysburg. Surviving is two sons, Steve Whyde and Tom Whyde, both of Frazeysburg; one daughter, Delores ?Peanut? (Bill) Wisecarver of Frazeysburg; one sister, Alice M. Taylor of Nashport, Ohio; five grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; six great great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd O. Whyde, whom she married October 17, 1935 and who died December 4, 2001; two brothers, Charles Wolford and Merle Lindell; three sisters, Eula Norman, Eileen Newell and Louise Sheppard; one grandson, Nick Whyde; and one great granddaughter, Tiffany Wisecarver. Calling hours will be 2 to 4pm and 7 to 9pm Monday, June 9, 2003 at Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home, 110 Third Street, Frazeysburg. Funeral services will be 10:30am Tuesday, June 10, 2003 at the funeral home with Rev. Jeff Belt officiating. Burial will be in Frazeysburg Cemetery.
