DRESDEN ? Mary Annette Hughett Parra, 49, of Dresden, Ohio, died Friday, July 28, 2006 at her home. Born October 1, 1956 in Bisbee, Arizona, she is the daughter of the late Ben Parra and Josephine (Aira) Parra Englebrecht of Tucson, Arizona. Ms. Parra was employed by Clay House as a Home Health Aid and she also did private duty nursing. She was a former employee for many years at K-Mart in Zanesville and attended St. Ann Catholic Church of Dresden. Surviving, in addition to her mother, is two sons, Brian Paul (Mary) Hughett of Dresden and Christopher Scott (Erin) Hughett of Tyndall, Ohio; one daughter Misti Dawn (Edward) Grumman of Dresden; four grandchildren, Ashly Marie Clark, Randy Gamez, Brandon Hughett and Elizabeth Hughett; two brothers, Ben (Debra) Parra of Sierra Vista, Arizona and Steve Parra of Bisbee, Arizona; three sisters, Arlene (Don) Collier and Lori Parra, both of Sierra Vista, Arizona and Yvonne ?Tootsie? Parra of Mesa, Arizona; and several nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be 2 to 4pm and 6 to 8pm Wednesday, August 2, 2006 at the Dresden Chapel of Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home with Christian Wake services at 7:30pm. A Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated at 10:30am Thursday, August 3, 2006 at St. Ann Catholic Church, Dresden, Ohio with the Rev. Father Jack Maynard as celebrant. Burial will be in Dresden Cemetery.
