FRAZEYSBURG – Marvin Laverne Jungling, Sr., 49, of Frazeysburg, Ohio died Saturday afternoon June 4, 2011 in the emergency room of Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital, Zanesville, Ohio.
Born February 17, 1962 in Zanesville, he was the son of the late Frank E. Jungling and Gladys J. (Lake) Jungling McFarland of Frazeysburg. Mr. Jungling was a self-employed farmer and was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting. He was a member of the Ohio Big Buck Club and the Boone and Crockett Club.
Surviving in addition to his mother is his wife, Rose A. (Cunningham) Jungling whom he married March 28, 1980; two sons, Marvin L. Jungling, Jr. and Zackery Jungling both of Frazeysburg; two daughters, Ashley (Joshua) Gill of East Fultonham, Ohio and Marie Jungling of Frazeysburg; two grandchildren, Reggan Gill and Jordan Gill; a sister, Shirley (Dennis) Nethers of Frazeysburg; several nieces and nephews and two very special close friends, Timothy Deckard and Greg Sparks both of Frazeysburg.
In addition to his father he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ernest and Ethel Lake.
Calling hours will be 5 to 8pm Tuesday, June 7, 2011 at the Frazeysburg Chapel of Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home, 110 West Third Street.
Funeral services will be 1:00pm Wednesday, June 8, 2011 at the funeral home with Minister Sam Dunn officiating. Burial will be in Frazeysburg Cemetery.
