Marjorie K. (Swinehart-Krebs) Stone, 78 of Columbus, on September 1, 2023 joined her parents, Paul V. and Laberta M. (Williams) Swinehart, in eternal rest. She was predeceased by several aunts and uncles including a close aunt, Darlene Bookman.

She is survived by her loving siblings, Frank Swinehart (NC) (children: Dustin, Nathan, Ashley); Deborah Manter, husband Jack (FL) (children: Michaelene, Amy, Kim); Ronald Swinehart, (son: Zachary); Paula Gozs, husband John; Genevieve Nusbaum, husband Alan; (TX) (children: Jacqueline, Tyler, Sam) and Donald Swinehart, all originally from Columbus Ohio; children, Kandi K. (Krebs) Hopkins, husband, David Williams (children: Jeremiah, Nicholas, Adriel); Katharine K. (Krebs) Rainer, husband, Matt Shimmel (children: Louis Rainer III, wife Lacey, David Rainer); Charles M. Krebs, wife Heidi (children: Erin, Charles); great-grandchildren, Louis Rainer IV, Madison Rainer, Jessica McVay (Columbus Ohio); aunt's, Evelyn Chute, Sally Williams; cousins, Phil Swinehart, wife Pat (daughter: Beth, husband Jeff), many well-loved cousins in Perry County including a very  close cousin, Carolyn Householder.

She made sensors for NASA as a cryogenic sensor technician at Lake Shore Cryotonics. Margie was a 1963 graduate of Linden McKinley High School. She had a beautiful singing voice. She worked with the church to serve meals to the hungry, helped to get a free fresh food pantry in the neighborhood and taught Bible school. She loved bowling, painting and collecting items including glassware and Elvis memorabilia. She was always involved in family activities.

Memorial services will be held at 6:30 pm on Thursday, September 14, 2023 at The Church on Oakland Park (Linden Lutheran Church),1230 Oakland Park Ave., Columbus, OH 43224 with Rev. Jacqui Buschor officiating. A visitation will be held one hour prior to services.
