Marion E. Graham, age 93, eldest daughter of Estelle and John Trowbridge St. John from Rochester, New York, devoted wife to G. Richard (Dick) Graham and mother to sons John and Glenn, passed away in her sleep early in the morning on Thursday, November 8 th , 2018. Marion grew up in Rochester, New York, and graduated in 1947 with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of Wooster in Wooster, Ohio. During a 33 plus year career as a kindergarten and first grade teacher at Jefferson Elementary school in Dresden, Ohio, Marion had a positive impact on multiple generations of children and helped them start their lives on the right footing. She was a member of Madison Presbyterian Church in Adams Mills, First Presbyterian Church of Dresden, Eastern Star, and Sorosis women's literary club. She led an adventurous life as a private pilot, an amazing artist, a boater, and gardener.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Richard (Dick) Graham and three siblings. She is survived by her sons, John (Debra) Graham of Adams Mills, Ohio, and Col (Ret) Glenn (Allyson) Graham of Palmdale, California, and her two grandchildren, Captain Lauren E. Graham, US Army, and Second Lieutenant John K. Graham, USAF.
In accordance with her wishes there will be no calling hours or public service.
