Mari Lizabeth Bowman, 57, Nashport, died Monday evening, November 13, 2023, at the Oaks at Northpointe, Zanesville.

Born August 6, 1966, in Columbus, Ohio, a daughter of Eddie (Barb) Bowman and the late Helen A. (Ashcraft) Bowman.  Mari enjoyed dancing and singing in the comfort of her home.  She would use anything she could get her hands as her microphone and party with her family and dog, Hooch.

Surviving is her father, Eddie (Barb) Bowman of Mt. Vernon; a daughter, Jami B. Walton of Zanesville; a son, Justin B. Bowman of Nashport; two brothers, Lannie (Tina) Bowman of Florida and Dale Bowman of New York; two sisters, Melisa (Jim Walton) Bowman and Penney Bowman both of Nashport; a granddaughter, Braylee Blair; two nieces, Rachelle Tucker, and Kierra Bowman.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Lincoln Jiggs Ashcraft and Creta M. Ashcraft; and paternal grandmother, Mary J. Bowman.

Graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm, Sunday, November 26, 2023, at Frazeysburg Cemetery with Pastor Dan Wells officiating.
