A funeral service for Margaret A. Williamson, 73 of Newark will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Friday, June 8, 2007 at the First Baptist Church of Heath, 525 S. 30th Street, Heath with Pastor Noel Dear and Pastor Wally McLaughlin officiating. Burial will be in Newark Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Williamson died Monday June 4, 2007 at Licking Memorial Hospital. She was born September 29, 1933 in Ridgely, Tenn. to the late Roy and Lorene (Hensley) Crouch. She retired in 1995 as a clerk at the Value City Department Store. She is a member of the First Baptist Church of Heath and active in the Senior Sunday School class. She was a 1950 graduate of the Dyersburg, TN. High School. She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Wade Williamson whom she married August 24, 1950; children, Carol (Timothy) Gienger of Heath, Dennis Wade Williamson of Newark, Mary Petty of Newark; sister, Peggy (Curtis) Park of Sommerville, TN.; grandchildren, Heather (Jay) Morrow, Ryan Comisford, Leslie Petty, Dustin Williamson, D.J. Williamson, Maggie Gienger, Kaysie Williamson; great grandchildren, Austin Morrow, Zachary Morrow; special aunt, Billie June (Rod) Mawhir of Brocton, NY. and family friend Bob Hill. Calling hours will be observed Thursday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home, 1850 West Main Street, Newark and one hour Friday before services at the church.
