Margaret J. (Casey) Johnson, 79, of Coshocton, died at 1:10PM Wednesday October 4, 2006 at Coshocton County Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Johnson was born November 27, 1926 in Holmes County, a daughter of the late Roland and Forest (Croft) Casey. Mrs. Johnson graduated in the class of 1944 at Clark High School and was a graduate of the Bethesda Hospital School of Nursing. During her nursing career she had worked at Bethesda Hospital after graduation and in Dr. Beardsley?s office in Zanesville. After moving to Coshocton, she had worked at Coshocton Co. Memorial Hospital, Coshocton HealthCare, the County Home and Extended Care at CCMH. She and her husband were members of the Church of Christ on N. Second Street. Surviving is her beloved husband, George W. Johnson, whom she married May 21, 1960; her children, Sheila Johnson of Port Clinton, Robert (Colleen) Johnson of Zanesville; daughter in law, Patricia A. Coker of OK; her brother, Eugene (Clara) Casey of Canton, grandchildren, Dustin Warner, Dirk Warner, Robert M. Johnson, Amanda Johnson and Aaron Johnson and nieces, Barbara (Ray) Shanower of Strasburg, Beverly Casey (Darryl) Raber of Millersburg, and Pamela (Richard) Allnutt of Wheaton, IL. She was preceded in death by a son, Paul Johnson, brothers, Paul Casey, killed in action in WWII, Richard Casey and his wife Mariden and a nephew, Phil Casey. In 1982 she was diagnosed with MS and had been home bound since 1983. The family would like to express their deep appreciation to the late Ruth Ann Howard for her love and care as a care-giver for 22years and her present care-give, Courtney (Meek) Wilson. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday October 14, 2006 at 1:30PM at the Church of Christ, 233 N. Second Street in Coshocton.
