Lloyd E. Bradford, 71, of Adamsville, died at 5:44PM Friday May 23, 2003 at Genesis Good Samaritan where he had been a patient six weeks.Mr. Bradford was born October 12, 1931 in Birds Run, a son of the late William Cecil and Alma (Newell) Bradford. He had worked as a coal miner, in apple orchards, spent over 30 years in the timber business before retiring and was a member of the NRA. Surviving are a very special friend, Velva Collins of Adamsville; a daughter Rose Mary Phillabaum of Coshocton, a son, Wilbur William Bradford of Coshocton; step children, Diana Good of West Lafayette, Grace Wiggins and Karen Canterbury both of Fresno, Penny Marks of Ashtabula, a brother, Vernon (Sue) Bradford of Coshocton; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, step grandchildren and step great grandchildren and former wives, Rose Zella (Scott) Krejci of Coshocton, Elizabeth Ann Marks of West Lafayette.Two brothers, three sisters, one-step granddaughter and one-step great grandson preceded him in death.Friends may call 2-4PM & 6-8PM Monday May 26, 2003 at the Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home in Adamsville; where services will be held on Tuesday at 1PM with Pastor Jim Williams officiating. Burial will follow in New Hope Cemetery.Donations may be made to the American Heart Assoc.
