A funeral service for Lindsey M. Mercer, 29 of Heath will be 2:00p.m. Sunday, April 20, 2008 at the Newark Chapel of Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home, with Mark Roberts officiating. Lindsey passed away Monday, April 14, 2008 at Licking Memorial Hospital. She was born December 6, 1978 to Paul Albert Jones and the late Anna (Hulsey) Jones. She was a devoted mother. She dearly loved her friends and family and especially enjoyed spending time with them. In addition to her father, Lindsey is survived by her husband, Nathan Mercer, whom she married July 19, 2001; two sons, Alexander and Jamison Mercer, of the home; sisters, Andrea and Erin Jones, both of Anchorage, Ala.; paternal grandmother, Juanita Jones of Gahanna; maternal grandmother, Harriet Hulsey of New Matamoras; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. In addition to her mother, Lindsey was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Paul Jones; and maternal grandfather, Earnest Hulsey.
