Linda Sue Hittle, 51, of Zanesville, Ohio died peacefully at her home Thursday morning, July 12, 2012 after a 16 month battle with cancer.
Born September 2, 1960 in Orrville, Ohio she was a daughter of the late William Kimberlin and Jean (Martell) Kimberlin of Adamsville. Mrs. Hittle was a 1978 graduate of Tri-Valley High School and was Methodist by faith. She was a support team member at The Longaberger Company with 28 years of service. She loved camping and spending time with her grandchildren.
Surviving in addition to her mother is her husband, Jeffrey L. Hittle whom she married February 24, 1979; two sons, Travis (Jill) Hittle of Adamsville and Troy Hittle of Zanesville; three grandchildren, Mason and Madalyn Hittle and Gage Hittle; her maternal grandmother, Dorothy Martell of Phoenix, Arizona; two brothers, Dennis (Michelle) Kimberlin of Adamsville and David (Rachelle) Kimberlin of Zanesville; five sisters, Debbie Kimberlin of New Philadelphia, Ohio, Donna (Dave) Matthews of Dresden, Diane (Richard) West of Zanesville, Denise (David) Cochran of Fresno, Ohio and Darla (Gary) Downey of Zanesville and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be 2 to 4pm and 6 to 8pm Sunday, July 15, 2012 at the Dresden Chapel of Vensil & Chute Funeral Home, 714 Main Street.
Funeral services will be 11:00am Monday, July 16, 2012 at the Adamsville United Methodist Church, 8065 East Street, Adamsville, with the Rev. Roger Morrow officiating. Burial will be in St. Paul Cemetery, Sonora, Ohio.
