FRAZEYSBURG ? Leona M. Hindel, 88, of Dresden, Ohio died at 8:35am Saturday, July 23, 2005 in Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital, Zanesville, Ohio. Born October 14, 1916 in Fairfield County, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Mattie May (Hoisington) Camp and was a homemaker. Mrs. Hindel was Protestant by faith and attended the Church of Christ. Surviving is seven sons, Robert J. (Patti) Hindel, Jerry (Cheryl) Hindel and John (Dorothy) Hindel, all of Frazeysburg, Ohio, James (Sondra) Hindel of Hanover, Ohio, David (Marge) Hindel, Eugene Hindel and Paul (Karen) Hindel, all of Dresden; two daughters, Loretta (William) Boals of Zanesville and Linda (Larry) Swingle of Philo, Ohio; thirty-seven grandchildren; over forty great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; two special brothers in-law, Larry Hindel and Donald Hindel, both of Frazeysburg; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William H. ?Buss? Hindel, whom she married October 9, 1933 and who died February 9, 1975; a son William R. Hindel; a daughter Shirley Hindel; two grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Calling hours will be 2 to 4pm and 6 to 9pm Monday, July 25, 2005 at the Frazeysburg Chapel of Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home, 110 West Third Street, Frazeysburg. Funeral services will be 11:00am Tuesday, July 26, 2004 at the funeral home with Minister Sam Dunn officiating. Burial will be in Frazeysburg Cemetery.
