FRAZEYSBURG â?? Leo Benjamin â??Bennyâ? Fadley, 48, of Frazeysburg, Ohio died Wednesday morning, March 10, 2010 at his home after a courageous battle with cancer.
Born December 7, 1961 in Newark, Ohio, he was the son of the late Charles E. Fadley and Nellie L. Baker Fadley Luther of Frazeysburg. Benny was a 1980 graduate of Tri-Valley High School and attended Frazeysburg United Methodist Church. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed white water rafting and country music. He was an expert body shop man and spent 33 years as an employee of Mikeâ??s Body Shop of Frazeysburg.
Surviving in addition to his mother is his wife, Donna D. (Thornsley) Fadley, whom he married June 24, 2000; a step-son William L. Courtwright and his fiancé, Stephanie Jones of Coshocton, Ohio; a step-daughter, Rachelle Courtwright of Frazeysburg; two brothers, Chuck Fadley of Dresden and Steve (Sue) Fadley of Nashport; a sister, Tina (Donald) Boyce of Frazeysburg; his grandmother, Pauline Powers of Frazeysburg, his mother in-law, Caroline Thornsley of West Lafayette, Ohio; two grandchildren, Skyler Benjamin England and Amelia Leanne Courtwright and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Jack Luther and a sister, Jackie Kay Luther.
Calling hours will be 2 to 4pm and 6 to 8pm Friday, March 12, 2010 at the Frazeysburg Chapel of Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home, 110 West Third Street.
Funeral services will be 11:00am Saturday, March 13, 2010 at the funeral home with Rev. Jeff Belt and Rev. Robert Mesnard officiating.
