Obituary
NEWARK – Larry D. Noland, 48, of Newark, Ohio died Saturday afternoon, December 17, 2011 in the emergency room of Genesis Hospital, Zanesville, Ohio.
Born March 4, 1963 in Phoenix, Arizona he was the son of the late Ralph E. and Orpha I. (Melrose) Noland and was a 1981 graduate of Tri-Valley High School. He enjoyed working around his home and garage doing many various projects. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed camping, golfing and coaching biddy football and little league baseball.
Surviving is his wife, Diane L. (James) Noland whom he married in 1983; three sons, Chad (Dawn) Clapper, Seth (Stephanie) Noland and Ian Noland all of Newark; six grandchildren, Katlyn Clapper, Ethan Noland, Arkaya Clapper, Aydan Noland, Aeriannah Clapper, Adriek Clapper and a new grandchild on the way. He is also survived by a sister, Susie (Robert) Ryan of Newark and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
The family will accept visitors from 6pm to 7pm Thursday, December 29, 2011 at the Newark Church of the Nazarene, 200 South Williams Street, Newark, Ohio. The family request that casual attire be worn.
Memorial services will be 7:00pm Thursday, December 29, 2011 at the church with his nephew, the Rev. Casey Hamilton officiating.
