FRAZEYSBURG ? Funeral services for Kenneth A. ?Digger? O?Dell, 89, of Heath, Ohio, formerly of Frazeysburg, Ohio, will be at 1:00pm Thursday, February 24, 2005 at the Frazeysburg Chapel of Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home with Minister Sam Dunn officiating. Burial will be Perryton Cemetery. Mr. O?Dell died Saturday evening, February 19, 2005 at the Heath Nursing Care Center. Born May 19, 1915 in Sherman, New York, he was the son of the late Robert F. and Rose Frances (Crnilogar) O?Dell and he served in the U. S. Army during World War II. Mr. O?Dell retired in 1977 as a welder with Owens-Corning Fiberglas of Newark. He was a member of the Meadow View Church of Christ of Frazeysburg. Surviving are three daughters, Crystal Bartimus of Newark, Karen (Lewis) Osborn, Jr. and Beth (Charles) Osborn, both of Frazeysburg; nine grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Genevieve D. (Phillips) O?Dell, whom he married May 19, 1937 and who died February 11, 1998 and one brother, Clarence O?Dell. Calling hours will be 2 to 4pm and 6 to 8pm Wednesday, February 23, 2005 at the Frazeysburg Chapel of Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home, 110 West Third Street, Frazeysburg.
