Kelly J. Morin, 60, of Frazeysburg, Ohio died unexpectedly Wednesday morning, January 3rd, 2024 at his home.
Born December 30, 1963 in Newark, he was a son of the late Charles R. "Dick" and Clara (Fleming) Morin and a 1982 graduate of Tri-Valley High School. Kelly was a hard worker, jack of all trades, and could do any job he set his mind to. He was a past member of the Frazeysburg Volunteer Fire Department and worked at Nuway Services where he considered his coworkers part of his own family. Kelly was an outdoorsman who enjoyed trap and skeet shooting, camping, and visiting breweries but what he loved the most was his wife and extended family.
Surviving is the love of his life, Kimberly (Elekes) Morin whom he married almost 35 years ago on May 6, 1989; brother and sister in-law, Kevin and Venetia Morin; father and mother in-law, Chuck and Bev Elekes of Frazeysburg; niece, Taylor (Adam) Foshee of Dresden; two nephews, Tee (Lindsey) Sforza of Frazeysburg and Kodi (Kayla) Morin of Dresden; four great nieces, Kambria Morin, Evelyn Foshee, Iliza Foshee, and Keegan Morin.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by both his paternal and maternal grandparents.
A graveside funeral service will be at 4:00 P.M. Friday, January 5th, 2024, in Frazeysburg Cemetery with Mr. Homer Maple officiating.
In respect to Kelly's wishes, please don't make a fuss and get dressed up but come as you are, ready to visit an old friend.
