FRAZEYSBURG ? Kathleen J. Baughman, 83, formerly of Frazeysburg, Ohio died at 3:45pm Wednesday, August 31, 2005 at the Birchwood Care Center, Hamilton, Ohio. Born March 5, 1922 in Frazeysburg, she was the daughter of the late Carl F. and Agnes L. (Little) Miller and was a graduate of Frazeysburg High School and the Grant Hospital School of Nursing. She worked as a Registered Nurse in Vestal, New York until retiring to Frazeysburg. In 1978, she, her husband and her daughter founded Baughman?s Home Fashions and Hardware in Frazeysburg. She was a member of the Perryton Church of Christ and the Order of Eastern Star. Surviving is one son and daughter in-law, Ronald and Roberta Baughman of Middletown, Ohio; one sister, Marilyn Emery of Val Prasio, Florida and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert L. Baughman, whom she married September 1, 1945 and who died June 8, 1986; one daughter Becky Ann Baughman who died November 18, 1978 and one son, Donald L. Baughman who died June 22, 2004. Calling hours will be 6 to 8pm Tuesday, September 6, 2005 at the Frazeysburg Chapel of Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home, 110 West Third Street, Frazeysburg. Joint funeral services will be at 1:00pm Wednesday, September 7, 2005 for both Kathleen and her son, Donald. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
