Karen "Sue" Whiteus, 78, of Dresden, Ohio died Wednesday afternoon, December 29, 2021 at Genesis Hospital Emergency Room, Zanesville.

Born July 28, 1943 in Adams Mills, Ohio she was a daughter of the late Etsel "Mike" and Leota C. (Gray) Minner and a member of the Conesville United Methodist Church.  Sue cherished time spent with family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Surviving are two children, Becky (Mark) Underwood of Coshocton, Ohio and Michael (Tammy) Whiteus of Dresden, Ohio; four grandchildren, Rachelle (Brian) Lowe, Lacey (Andy) Synk, Brianna (Joey) Hart and Jacob Whiteus; nine great grandchildren, Jaxton, Taytum, Bodey and Carter Lowe, Mabel and Weber Synk and Noah, Jace and Nash Hart; a brother, Terry Minner and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Robert "Bob" Minner: sister, Catherine Wiles; two sisters in-law, June Minner and Phyllis Minner and a nephew, Rick Wiles.

There will be no public calling hours. A graveside service will be held at the Dresden Cemetery Monday, January 3, 2022 at 11am with Melody Albertson officiating.
